Working principle:

Kaidun Non-pressurized Solar Water Heater is a simple form of making use of solar energy to get hot water. It directly joints the heat collector with the water tank on the top. There is no need of pump to push the water and no need of pipeline between the collectors and the tank. When the water in the vacuum heat-collecting tube is heated, its density will decrease and will go upward into the tank; meanwhile the cold water in the tank will flow down into the tube due to its greater density. Thus, the circulation and heat-exchanging in the system is completed.

Integrative Pressurized Solar Water Heater

Split Pressurized Solar Water Heater

Split pressurized solar water heater is composed of:

  • Heat pipe vacuum tube solar collector KD-SC-HP 58/1800 or KD -SC-MHP70/1900
  • Working station KD-WS SP116/8L or KD-WS SP226/8L (including circulation pump, controller, expansion vessel, pressure gauge, sensors etc)
  • Pressurized water tank KD-WT 100L/200L/300L/400L/500L

Working principle:
In case the temperature of the solar collector does not reach the set value, the circulation pump shall be shut. When the temperature in the manifold of the heat collector reaches the set value, the controller shall start the circulation pump automatically. The circulation pump makes heat-conducting liquid circulate. The heat-conducting liquid transfers heat to water via heat exchanger inside the water tank.
